For the best customization results, customers recommend using well-lit, clear photos of your pet's face. Our artisans can work with various pet images, but high quality photos help ensure the most accurate and detailed pet portrait.

How do I care for my memorial jewellery?

You can wear your piece jewellery most of the time. However, please do make sure it is removed when: doing housework; sunbathing; applying perfume and lotion; showering and bathing. If you are wanting to clean your jewellery, we would recommend using a clean cloth and soapy water that won’t be too harsh on the piece.

Will the engraving fade?

The engravings are made to last and will not fade with regular use. While our products are water-resistant, it is advisable to avoid prolonged exposure to water to ensure the longevity of both the material and the engraving.
